The program focuses on learning about meditation and related emotional intelligence practices, as well as practicing guided meditation.

The online meditation group costs $25/month. After registration, you will receive access to the meditation group portal. You will be able to play recordings via the portal or download them in mp3 format. Some weeks you will be provided suggestions for practice between guided meditations, or journaling exercises as additional support. In such weeks, you will also have access to documents with specific instructions.
Some scholarships are available for those with financial difficulties. If you feel that you will benefit greatly from this group and cannot afford it, please email us at email@example.com with an explanation and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please note that the meditation group is not a live interaction. You will not be able to comment or discuss with other participants. Your identity will not be shared with other participants. You will be able to and encouraged to respond via email, make suggestions, or ask questions regarding the subjects that are covered in the group.
